Tow truck assistance
A tow truck can recover a vehicle that cannot be driven following a breakdown or accident. Tell us its location and condition so we can assess the request.
Loading the vehicle
Tell us whether the wheels turn and whether ramps, narrow passages or obstacles are present. Not every location is accessible to a tow truck.
If your vehicle cannot continue
If your vehicle cannot be driven following a breakdown or accident, recovery by tow truck may include taking it to a workshop or an agreed destination as part of roadside assistance.
An individual assessment
Availability and arrangements are agreed when you contact us. Arrival times and on-site repair cannot be guaranteed. If anyone is injured or in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
