For a motorway breakdown, we coordinate with appropriately authorised partners where necessary, in accordance with the rules of the motorway concerned.
Motorway, kilometre and direction
For the A4, A35 or another motorway, provide the road, kilometre marker, direction and a visible landmark. A 24/7 contact service does not mean an immediate direct intervention: an authorised operator must be coordinated.
If your vehicle cannot continue
If your vehicle cannot be driven following a breakdown or accident, recovery by tow truck may include taking it to a workshop or an agreed destination as part of roadside assistance.
An individual assessment
Availability and arrangements are agreed when you contact us. Arrival times and on-site repair cannot be guaranteed. If anyone is injured or in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
